Now I descripte the functionality of GlossMaker.
Here is descripted how to create, save and open files.
If you choose this item an existing file will be opened. As default
file extension
gloss
will be used. You can certainly open other glossary files,
that have
another file extension.
If you choose this item the current file will be saved with the filename you choose. If the chosen file already exists you have to conform to overwrite this file.
You can add a glossary file to the open file.
The following operations are available:
Nothing
If you choos this operation the item won't be inserted in the existing file. The table background is painted in gray.
Override
If there is in the existing file already an item with the same key, you can override it with the item from the importing file. The background color of this rows in the table is red. If the item does'nt exist in the openend file this operation has the same effect as Override . In this case the row isn't painted in red in the table.
Merge
If the item exists in both files you can merge them. From the existing item will the taken the Key, the Word the Heading and the Definition will be the concatenation of bothm definitions seperated by a line feet. The background color of the row is gold.
Keep
The item from the opened file stays valid.
Import
The item frome the new file will be imported.
